We are one of a few rack manufacturers that produce pallet racking in Canada. Our employees proudly build all our racking products at our manufacturing facility in Brantford, Ontario. Along with our own stringent manufacturing and quality standards, our products are manufactured to meet RMI and CSA standards, plus we are Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certified. Konstant Acquires ISO 9001:2015 Designation For its Manufacturing Plant
Konstant is proud to announce that it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 designation for its manufacturing plant in Brantford, Ontario. The certification confirms that the company's manufacturing processes meet the international standards for quality management, providing customers with confidence in the products they receive. The ISO 9001:2015 designation is a globally recognized standard for quality management systems (QMS) that specifies requirements for organizations seeking to ensure that their products and services meet customer and regulatory requirements. The standard is based on a set of principles that include customer focus, leadership, process approach, continuous improvement, evidence-based decision making, and risk management.

Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) CSA W47.1 Certification
Konstant Manufacturing is certified to CSA Standard W47.1, ‘Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of Steel’ and has adopted TOYOTA Production System (TPS) methods. CWB certification is mandatory for the design, fabrication and installation of steel storage racks of welded construction in Canada.

R-Mark
As a member of the RMI, Konstant has voluntarily chosen to be guided by the appropriate rack standards and has further voluntarily agreed to a certification process administered through a panel of independent Registered Professional Engineers. Konstant’s R-Mark certification ensures that its standard rack frame and beam testing, calculations and capacities have been reviewed and approved by independent Engineers for compliance with the RMI Specification.

Konstant is an active member of the Storage Manufacturers Association (SMA), an Industry Group within the Material Handling Industry of America (MHI). The SMA is the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-accredited developer of design standards for shelving systems and work platforms.
